2. Cancellations Before Service Start

If you request a cancellation before we have started any work or provisioned any cloud resources, we may provide a full or partial refund, depending on the type of service and payment method used.

3. Cancellations After Service Start

If service work has already started, or cloud access has been provisioned, a full refund may not be possible. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or credit, taking into account the time and resources already used.

4. Monthly / Recurring Services

For ongoing or subscription-based services, you may cancel future billing cycles by contacting us before the next renewal date. Unless otherwise stated, fees already paid for the current billing period are not refundable once that period has started.
